Can I order over the telephone?

Not everyone is comfortable with ordering online, so please call us on 345 576 4287 (9–3pm Mon–Fri) if you would prefer to place your order over the phone.

What size are your hats?

All our headwear is ‘One Size Fits Most’ — approximately 57cm is a good rule of thumb, though it may vary by style.

Some items are elasticated, stretchy, or self-tie, which can accommodate a wider range of head sizes. If you need help or information on a specific product, please get in touch.

I’ve seen a hat I like, but can’t find it on your website

It’s either temporarily out of stock or may have been discontinued by our supplier. Please contact us and we can let you know if it’s coming back in.

Do you have a brochure?

Yes, we produce two brochures a year: Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter. Please click here to request a FREE copy.

We also supply larger quantities for charities or centres to hand out to patients.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

We don’t have a shop at this present time.

Postage, Delivery and Returns

Postage, Packaging & Shipping

Flat rate P&P:

  • £3.99 per order for United Kingdom
  • £9.99 per order for EU
  • £19.99 per order for Rest of World

Orders received by 2pm Mon–Fri are usually dispatched the same day.

Royal Mail 24 aims to deliver in 1 working day but may take longer. Larger packages may be sent via an alternative courier.

International Orders – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Check with your country’s customs office before purchasing.

Exchanges & Returns

We accept returns or exchanges within 21 days of receipt. Please include your order details and reason for return.

  • Goods must be new, unworn, and returned in the same condition as received.
  • Please repackage appropriately. Do not fold sun hats into quarters — this damages them and makes them non-refundable.
  • We cannot refund worn items, those with odors (smoke, cooking, pets, perfume), or items marked by makeup.

We do not refund original shipping costs. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

Returns postage: You are responsible for return postage. We recommend Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Recorded Delivery with a signature on delivery. Exchanges are sent back to you free of charge via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Returning Wigs

Wigs must be returned within 15 days of purchase. They must be unworn, undamaged, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. A £10 restocking fee and any supplier return costs will be deducted from your refund once approved.

International Returns

All shipping costs, duties, taxes, and charges for returning goods to the UK are the buyer’s responsibility. We reserve the right to reject returns with unpaid fees. Any charges incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
