Your submittal of any purchase order to Hats 4 Heads indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Hats 4 Heads. Hats 4 Heads reserves the right to make changes to this website and these terms and conditions at any time.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns are put back into stock for resale. If we can’t resell it, we can’t refund it.
Hats 4 Heads will only accept, for return or exchange, items that are returned to us in new condition.
They must be unworn (tried on is OK), free from loose hair, any marks (for example pen, sweat or make up), smelling of sweat, food, smoke, perfume or pets, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. If you are losing your hair, please consider wearing a wig cap liner prior to trying anything on.
The return or exchange must be returned within 21 days.
Items must be returned to with all tags still attached and must be in their original packaging. You MUST include a copy of your packing slip marking off the items you are returning. If you do not have the packing slip, please remember to include your name, address and order number. Without this information, we won’t be able to find your order.
Items returned after 21 days, unless by prior agreement, will not be refunded.
You will be charged for the cost of returning any items to you.
Sale Items
All sale items are considered “Final Sale” and are not eligible to be returned.
If you received a damaged or faulty item
If you receive an item that’s damaged, you must inform us immediately upon receipt and prior to return and we will sort it out for you.
Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping cost.
Returning Wigs
To meet our suppliers Return Policy, wigs must be returned to us within 15 days of purchase or your return won’t be accepted. Wigs must not show any sign of wear, damage or use, have undamaged packaging and have all tags attached.
We will refund the wig once our supplier has received, accepted and processed the return, minus a £10 restocking fee and any other costs incurred by us in returning it to them.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order:
Simply return your items to the address on your invoice, ensuring correct postage is applied.
Please insure the package for the full retail value of the shipped products, as we will not be liable for any damage incurred in transit.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, you must return the original item and purchase the new item separately.
Once we receive your package, we will endeavour to process your return within 5 business days.
Refunds:
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment where the same credit card used for purchase will be credited with a refund. While we process returns within 5 business days from the day we received the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Please note that we cannot pay for returned postage costs or monies paid to us for outgoing postage of goods.

All of Hats 4 Heads’s products are guaranteed against defects in accordance with the manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase. Except as expressly stated herein, Hats 4 Heads makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the Hats4Heads.co.uk website. Except as expressly stated herein, Hats 4 Heads expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this website, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Hats 4 Heads arising from any product sold on the Hats4Heads.co.uk website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Hats 4 Heads, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

Typographical Errors
Hats 4 Heads shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price or stock quantity due to typographical or technological errors. Hats 4 Heads shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit/debit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Hats 4 Heads shall immediately issue a refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account in the amount of the charge. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between the customer and Hats 4 Heads will take place on despatch to the customer of the products ordered.
